Registration & Book Requests
For Southern Union Schools ONLY

Registration for 2013-2014 will be open from
Monday, April 1 until Sunday, June 30.
After this date, please contact our office for further instructions.
 
Please note:  E-Library subscriptions from ProQuest may be paid for with ANGEL Funds.  Prices vary by enrollment, and this quote is based on enrollment of 50: E-Library Product Quotes

Instructions

READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN REGISTRATION

  1. Decide who will be the contact person to work with ANGEL and the school's library. This person must have a working email address.
  2. Have the projected enrollment figures for next school year available, which enables us to begin ordering your requests.
  3. Choose books!  The website will time out after 20 minutes, so have a list of your requests ready.  You may use our lists found on the Forms & Lists page as well as the Pathways Page. Talk with other teacher's at your school, and take a look at your library and see what general areas need more and/or updated books. 
  4. IMPORTANT:  Check your Online Catalog to make sure you are not asking for books you already have in your library.
  5. In Step 1 we will ask you to provide the following information in the "Additional Comments" box:

      a. Does your school use a circulation system? If "yes," please tell us the brand/company you use.
      b. Does your school want to have MARC records sent to you from ANGEL? (We can send these via email.)
      c. Will your school pick up your books from the ANGEL office or do you require shipping?

  6. Once you have completed all of the above, begin Registration by entering your user name and password below. Your user name is your three-letter school code as assigned by ANGEL. This code and your password have been mailed to the principal at your school. (The code can also be found on our Online Catalog page.) If you need your password, please contact Amanda at the number below.
